Seated Yoga


Seated Yoga classes are classes where asanas (poses) are practiced on or around a chair, and is great for those who are looking for a supported or more gentle practice.

Classes are found to be beneficial for many ailments and issues, such as bad backs and knees, post-operative and convalescent patients, people with obesity and chronic stress problems. I have had many students who have benefited hugely from these classes, with a greater suppleness and flexibility achieved, as well as a more peaceful mind.
