Pick up those feet

THE Pink Ladies Sunset Coastal Walk is on Saturday and money raised by the event will help pay for the relocation and expansion of the breast unit at the Princess Elizabeth Hospital.

The inaugural Sunset Coastal Walk, in 2007, attracted more than 2,000 participants of all ages and raised more than 100,000 for local breast cancer support. Since then, it has gone from strength to strength.

While men are not involved, those who wish to volunteer to help out with the after-walk party at Market Square can contact the organisers via pinkladies@cwgsy.net or call 07781 415131. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Family and friends are also welcome to join the celebrations, which will feature outfit prize-giving awards and Abba tribute band Sensation.
